About Maggie Lyon Chocolatiers

Maggie Lyon is a family-owned and operated manufacturer of delicious gourmet quality confections based outside of Atlanta, GA. All of our products are manufactured the old-fashioned way, combining the finest ingredients available with a lot of tender, loving care.

Everything great in this world is built on a strong foundation. All of the candies we manufacture begin with only the finest ingredients. When you purchase products from Maggie Lyon, you can trust they were made from scratch in our own candy kitchen.

Every truffle we produce is decorated by hand with a unique decoration for each flavor.

Because machines would crush the tender toffee we manufacture, nothing works better than breaking the toffee by hand.

Whether you order 50 boxes or 50,000 boxes, Maggie Lyon will handle your order with the same special attention. During the holiday season, we produce approximately 10,000 boxes per shift!

Maggie Lyon understands that the finished package is equally as important as the taste and quality of the candy on the inside.

Uncompromising devotion to quality.
The finest ingredients. Attention to detail.

Maggie Lyon Chocolatiers was founded in December of 1981, bringing high-quality European-style chocolates to the South.  After two years of extensive marketing research, the doors opened to the people of Atlanta.  The name Maggie Lyon was chosen in honor of the founder's grandmother, a pioneer woman from Ohio who ran a stagecoach stop until she retired at the age of ninety-two.

In March of 1993, Maggie Lyon purchased Connie's Confectionery Company of Newport Beach, CA.  This added another dimension to our line of products, Connie's Handmade Toffee.  Retail customers such as Neiman Marcus, Williams-Sonoma, and Harry & David were added to our family of customers at this time.

Anticipating our growth for the future, the company again relocated in July 1993 to its current location in Norcross, Georgia, tripling production capacity.

In 1996, Maggie Lyon was named the officially licensed chocolates for the Olympics.

While many aspects of the business have changed since our beginning in 1981, our commitment to service, quality ingredients, and packaging will never change.
